A. Yes — we cover email writing, keigo (polite language), and meeting conversations tailored to business situations. Keigo can be challenging, so we use tables and step‑by‑step explanations to help you master it.

A. Stripe・PayPalに対応していますので、クレジットカードでのお支払いが可能です。授業料は前払い制となります。毎月20日に請求書をお送りします。毎月のお手続きが面倒な方は、Stripeのサブスクリプション機能もご利用いただけます。

A. We accept Stripe and PayPal (credit card payments). Tuition is paid in advance. Invoices are issued on the 20th of each month. If you prefer, you can use Stripe subscriptions to automate monthly payments.

A. 基本的には1カ月前にお知らせください。授業料は前払い制ですので、次月分をお支払いされなければ追加のご請求は発生せず、無駄なく退会していただけます。

A. Please notify us at least one month in advance. Since tuition is prepaid, if you do not pay for the next month you will not be billed further and can cancel without extra charges.

A. Yes — we can support heritage learners using school Korean (?) textbooks and comparable materials. (Note: translation should refer to Japanese textbooks.) We help children acquire language naturally through listening environments, read‑alouds, and comprehension activities that build reading, understanding and expressive skills.

A. Yes — as long as you have internet access, you can join from anywhere in the world.

A. 基本的には毎週の復習になる宿題を出しています。漢字の書き取りやテキストの指定ページ、音読プリントなどが中心です。ご家庭の状況に合わせて相談しながら進めます。

A. We typically assign weekly review homework — kanji practice, textbook pages, or reading aloud worksheets. We tailor the load to your family’s schedule.

A. はい、スマホ・タブレット・PCすべてでご利用いただけます。画面共有を見る機会があるため、PCやタブレットなど画面の大きい端末を推奨しています。ビデオ通話を安定させるため、下り上り5〜10Mbps以上の回線を推奨します。モバイル回線でも利用可能ですが、通信量が多いためWi‑Fi環境をおすすめします。

A. Yes — smartphone, tablet and PC are all supported. For easier viewing of shared screens we recommend a larger device (PC or tablet). For stable video calls a connection of 5–10 Mbps up/down is recommended. Mobile data can work, but Wi‑Fi is preferable due to data usage.
